What we do

Four practices, one team. Most clients start with one and end up using two or three, because the problems rarely stay in their own lane.

SuiteCommerce and Site Builder storefronts
eCommerce Storefront desktop and mobile

Custom themes, site extensions, Reference Checkout, and the performance work that follows launch — plus the Shopify and Amazon channels running alongside your own store.

Where we get called in: a storefront that renders slowly and nobody can say why · Site Builder that needs to become SuiteCommerce · an extension that has to survive the next release.

Orders, inventory and fulfillment
Warehouse Picking

NetSuite’s own modules, configured to how you actually operate: order management, inventory and bin management, transfer orders, demand and supply planning, work orders and assembly, landed and standard cost, engineering change orders, WMS and Ship Central.

Where we get called in: inventory that never quite matches the count · transfer orders done by hand · purchasing run off a spreadsheet forecast nobody trusts.

Custom SuiteScript and workflows
Developer with three monitors

For the things NetSuite was supposed to do and doesn’t. SuiteScript, SuiteQL, workflows, custom records, saved searches, RESTlets and third-party integrations — deployed through SDF, version-controlled, documented at handover.

Where we get called in: approvals that don’t actually stop anything · serial numbers you need outbound without full serialization · a 3PL that ships your orders but can’t tell NetSuite.

Finance and accounting operations
Bank Reconciliation Screen

The controller’s side of NetSuite: bank reconciliation, Bill Capture, electronic payments and positive pay, intercompany, and the models that land payroll and marketplace settlements in the ledger correctly.

Where we get called in: payroll hitting the wrong accounts every period · positive pay your bank wants and nobody can configure · marketplace settlements reconciled by hand.

We also do WordPress and legacy PHP work, dedicated server and hosting operations, NetSuite AI and MCP connector integrations, migrations off NetSuite to QuickBooks when that is the right answer, and making sure your site is visible to AI search and not just Google.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is normal, and it is often the wrong question. A slow site turns out to be a data problem. A reporting request turns out to be a process problem. A request for custom development turns out to be a module you are already paying for and have never switched on.

The first hour is free. Bring us the single thing that is most broken and we will spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send you written notes afterwards — whether or not you hire us.
