A pro audio manufacturer — a config-driven approval framework replacing NetSuite’s native transaction approvals across sales and purchase orders, a refurbishment lifecycle that accounts for the parts a repair gives back, and outbound serial capture at the handheld.
A pro audio distributor — self-service dealer onboarding: a single link that collects contacts, W-9s, exemption certificates and portal access requests, instead of chasing paperwork by email. And a manufacturer profitability dashboard with trend history that ties back to the financial statements rather than sitting beside them.
