AI Leadership

Every NetSuite company we talk to has AI on the brain, and most of them have the same two feelings about it: they don’t want to be left behind, and they don’t want to break anything. Both are reasonable. This page is how we think about it, and how we help.

A guide who leads from the front

We don’t sell AI from a slide deck. We use these tools every day in our own client work — Claude connected to NetSuite accounts, agents running scheduled routines, a customer-service draft bot we’re building for ourselves first. So when we tell you what works, it’s because we’ve watched it work, and when we tell you something isn’t ready, that’s from experience too.

There’s a person in the loop on everything we do with AI. The AI does some of the work; we audit it, strip out the useless material chatbots like to add, and fix the false positives before anything reaches you. That judgment is the part you’re paying for.

Being small is an advantage here

A big competitor needs a committee to adopt a tool. You don’t. The companies getting the most out of AI right now are small ones that pick one problem, fix it, and reinvest the time they got back into the next one. Each step pays for the one after it. Our early-adopter clients have gotten ridiculously busy for exactly that reason — they can finally take on the business problems they used to have to ignore.

The NetSuite AI adoption scale

We built our own scale for this because the generic ones don’t fit a NetSuite company. It runs from learning how a chatbot actually works (and when it’s confidently wrong) up to AI operating inside your live information flow. Most people we meet are at level 1 or 2 and should be at 3. See the scale and find where you are.

Where to start

Get connected

Hook Claude or ChatGPT up to your NetSuite account safely — the right role, the standard tools, our Companion SuiteApp. The guide covers the setup; we do the role design.

Learn

Training and onboarding for the executive who’ll use it first, then the team. Prompting, context, file handling, and the habit of checking the answer.

Secure

The only way to stop a bad AI is with a good one. A client found that out the hard way; the fixes are things most NetSuite accounts still need.

Build

The projects a VP with Claude can’t take on alone: a shared context for your whole company’s AI, a customer-service assistant, custom MCP tools.

NetSuite Next

Oracle’s own AI. We asked it and Claude the same question and got answers $68,000 apart. What it’s good for and what it isn’t, yet.

Why us, for this

We don’t get our leads from NetSuite and we’re not here to sell you NetSuite services. We’ve always been about helping customers succeed with whatever the right solution is, and NetSuite isn’t always it. That matters more with AI than with anything else we do, because the vendors all have a tool to sell you. We’ll tell you which ones are worth it.

The first hour is free. Bring us the thing that’s been bothering you and we’ll spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send written notes afterward whether or not you hire us.
