Each of these started as a problem one client had that NetSuite couldn’t solve on its own. We built it, documented it, and built it so the next client’s setup is configuration rather than new code. Every NetSuite install is deployed through SDF into your account and comes with the developer guide, so you own what’s running.
- OrderGate: approvals on sales and purchase orders that actually hold fulfillment and receiving until someone signs off.
- OrderReady: customer purchase orders read from email or PDF and turned into sales orders after a quick side-by-side review.
- BatchIt: Amazon, Walmart and Michaels settlements posted into NetSuite so the deposit matches the bank line.
- RefurbFlow: refurbishment and repair tracked through work orders, including the parts a repair gives back.
- SerialPoint: serial numbers captured at the WMS handheld, through returns and reuse, without full serialized inventory.
- LedgerReady: payroll, point-of-sale, reservation and card processor data shaped for NetSuite before it’s imported.
- Statement Studio: NetSuite’s general ledger turned into the income statement your board actually asked for, refreshed live in Excel.
