Work we’ve done before, ready to start in your account.
Every project on this page is something we’ve built or run for other NetSuite companies, so the scope is already known and there’s no discovery phase to pay for. Pick one, and we can usually start within a couple of weeks.
Shovel-ready projects
These are the jobs that come up over and over in NetSuite accounts. We’ve done each of them enough times to know what’s involved, what tends to go sideways, and what you’ll have at the end. If one of these is on your list, you can skip the scoping conversation and just tell us which account.
Amazon settlement reconciliation
A connector that matches Amazon, Walmart and Michaels settlement statements against your NetSuite transactions line by line, and posts the fees, refunds and adjustments where they belong. The same tool we’ve kept running for clients through years of marketplace format changes.
Good fit if: the first days of every month go to matching marketplace payouts by hand.
You get: the connector installed and mapped to your accounts, a documented process, and a first close run with us on the call.
Automated XML sitemap
A sitemap that builds itself from your live catalog, on a schedule, so search engines and AI crawlers always see the pages that actually exist. Handles the item, category and content pages NetSuite’s own sitemap tools miss, and drops out-of-stock and hidden items automatically.
Good fit if: your sitemap is generated by hand, out of date, or nobody’s sure where it comes from.
You get: the sitemap script deployed, scheduled and submitted to Search Console, plus notes on what’s in it and why.
SEO / AIO audit
A written review of how your site looks to Google and to the AI answer engines: crawlability, structured data, Cloudflare and robots rules, page speed, titles and content structure, and whether AI assistants can read your catalog at all. Specific findings with the fix for each, not a generic report.
Good fit if: traffic has slipped, or an AI assistant recommends a competitor when asked about your products.
You get: the audit document, a prioritized fix list, and an hour to walk through it with whoever will do the work.
Email authentication & deliverability
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly for every system that sends mail as your domain (NetSuite, Google or Microsoft, marketing tools, your web forms), with DMARC reporting so you can see who’s sending. BIMI with a verified logo in the inbox is an option on top.
Good fit if: your email lands in spam, customers say they never got the invoice, or someone is spoofing your domain.
You get: the DNS records in place, every sender verified, monitoring turned on, and a short write-up of what was changed.
Bot & spam protection for your storefront
Stops the fake registrations, junk form submissions and bot-created orders that clog a NetSuite web store. Cloudflare rules in front, plus the storefront-side pieces: auto-ban by phone or address, IP tracking on registrations, and form protection that doesn’t punish real customers.
Good fit if: you’re deleting junk customers every week or your payment processor is asking about fraud attempts.
You get: the rules and scripts deployed, config fields you can manage yourself, and a log of what’s being blocked.
Cloudflare in front of SuiteCommerce
Cloudflare set up the way NetSuite storefronts need it: caching that speeds up the site without breaking checkout, a WAF that blocks the bad traffic and lets NetSuite’s own prerender and search spiders through, and country rules that don’t lock out real customers.
Good fit if: the site is slow, you’re getting scraped, or a Cloudflare setting has ever taken the store down.
You get: a documented Cloudflare configuration, the NetSuite exceptions in place, and before/after speed numbers.
Carrier API upgrade (USPS, UPS, regional carriers)
Carriers retire their old rate APIs on a schedule, and the storefront quietly stops quoting shipping when they do. We move your NetSuite storefront to the current API, store the credentials properly, and add the regional carriers NetSuite doesn’t ship with.
Good fit if: you’ve had a carrier deprecation notice, or ship rates at checkout don’t match what you’re charged.
You get: live rates on the new API, a custom record holding the credentials, and a test log across your ship zones.
GA4 & conversion tracking that actually works
Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager wired into your NetSuite storefront correctly, including the checkout steps and purchase events that the default setup misses, plus ad-platform conversions (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) that fire once and only once.
Good fit if: revenue in GA4 doesn’t match NetSuite, or you’re running ads without knowing which ones sell.
You get: the tags deployed and verified against real orders, a tracking spec you can hand to any agency, and a walkthrough.
Schema.org tagging for SuiteCommerce
Product, offer, price, availability, review and breadcrumb markup added to your storefront templates so your items show up as rich results in Google and can be read and cited by AI assistants. We’ve been doing this for NetSuite stores since 2019; the same structured data now decides whether an answer engine recommends you or a competitor.
Good fit if: your products show as plain blue links while competitors get prices, stars and stock status in the results.
You get: the markup in your theme, validated in Google’s testing tools, and a Search Console report showing what’s being picked up.
Duplicate sign-up protection
Keeps one customer from becoming five customer records. Registration and checkout check for an existing account by email, phone and address before creating a new one, and the catalog request and newsletter forms track submissions so the same person can’t sign up ten times for the same offer.
Good fit if: your customer list is full of near-duplicates, or a free offer keeps getting claimed repeatedly.
You get: the checks deployed on registration, checkout and forms, a saved search of existing duplicates to merge, and notes on the rules.
Google Merchant Center setup & product feed
A product feed generated from your NetSuite catalog on a schedule, with the fields Merchant Center actually requires (GTINs, shipping, availability, sale pricing) filled in correctly so items don’t get disapproved, plus the Merchant Center account, verification and free-listings setup.
Good fit if: you want your products in Google Shopping and your last feed attempt ended in a wall of disapprovals.
You get: the feed script scheduled and submitted, the account configured, and a walkthrough of the diagnostics tab so you can keep it healthy.
NetSuite AI Connector setup
Get NetSuite’s AI Connector Service running so your team can ask the account real questions from Claude or ChatGPT: install and permissions done safely, our free Companion prompt library loaded, and a working session with your finance and ops people on what to ask.
Good fit if: you want to start using AI with NetSuite and don’t want to guess at the security side.
You get: the connector live with a documented role and permissions, the prompt library installed, and notes from the session.
NetSuite renewal review
Before you sign the renewal, we read it. Which modules you’re actually using, which ones you’re paying for and never turned on, where the user counts are wrong, and what’s worth pushing back on. We’re not paid by Oracle, so the advice is just advice.
Good fit if: your renewal notice just arrived and the number went up.
You get: a module-by-module read of the quote against your account, and a short list of what to ask your rep for.
Income statement automation
Your general ledger out of NetSuite and into a formatted statement your board will recognize, refreshed with one click. A RESTlet on the NetSuite side and Power Query on the Excel side, with end-user and developer guides so it keeps working after we’re gone.
Good fit if: someone rebuilds the same financial package in Excel every month.
You get: the RESTlet deployed, the workbook connected, and the guides.
Post sales order lines to custom accounts
Transaction Line Distribution set up so specific items, classes or customers post to the accounts you want instead of the defaults, without a script and without journal entries after the fact. A configuration project, not a build.
Good fit if: your accountant reclassifies the same revenue lines every close.
You get: the distribution rules configured and tested against real orders, and a one-page guide for maintaining them.
Bigger projects that need a scoping conversation first
We do these too, but they depend on your catalog, your data and how you operate, so there’s no honest way to put them on a fixed list. Bring one to the free hour and we’ll tell you what it would take.
Site Builder to SuiteCommerce
Migration or a new build, including whether you should do it at all. We’ve done both and we’ll tell you which one you need.
Marketplace & channel integrations
Reverb, Shopify, Amazon, Zonos and the like, moving orders and inventory between the channel and NetSuite as data.
Serial number tracking in WMS
Capture at pick, ship and return without turning on serialized inventory. Depends on your handhelds and your returns process.
Approval & engineering change workflows
Approvals that hold an order without freezing it; ECO-driven inventory quarantine; anything NetSuite has no model for.
Moving off NetSuite
NetSuite to QuickBooks, or the other direction. Not something a partner living on Oracle referrals will help with. We do.
WordPress & legacy PHP
The marketing site alongside your store, PHP upgrades, and the dedicated servers a surprising amount of it still runs on.
Not sure which one you need?
That’s normal, and it’s often the wrong question. A slow site turns out to be a data problem; a reporting request turns out to be a module you already own. Bring the thing that’s bothering you and we’ll spend an hour on it, free, in your account.
