There are four ways to work with us, from an hour to a standing arrangement. Most clients start with the first and end up in two or three of the others, and that’s fine — the problems rarely stay in their own lane.
1. The free hour
Bring us the single thing that’s most broken. We spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send written notes afterward whether or not you hire us. If it isn’t a problem worth paying us to solve, we’ll say so — that’s happened plenty of times and we’re still here. Book it.
2. Ready-to-start projects
Work we’ve done enough times that the scope is already known: a settlement connector, an automated sitemap, an SEO/AIO audit, email authentication, a carrier API upgrade. No discovery phase to pay for. The list.
3. Products we install
Things we built once for a client and now install for others — BatchIt, OrderGate, SerialPoint and the rest. Deployed through SDF into your account with the developer guide, so you own what’s running. All products.
4. Monthly programs
Some things don’t need a project; they need somebody watching them every month. NetSuite security, Google search and email deliverability, for a set monthly fee.

What’s the same in all four
- The person on the call is the person on the project, and is still the person who picks up the phone about it years later. No account manager, no bench, no handoff after the SOW is signed.
- Everything is documented at handover: developer notes, and on larger systems an architecture diagram and a dated log of the decisions we locked and why. It’s the difference between being able to hire someone else next year and being stuck with us.
- We’re paid by you, not by a software referral. We don’t take leads from Oracle and we take no commission on anything we recommend, so when we tell you the answer is a module you already own, or a different product, or not NetSuite at all, there’s nothing in it for us.
- Nobody junior, nothing outsourced. The work is done by David, Renee or Rakesh.
The first hour is free. Bring us the thing that’s been bothering you and we’ll spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send written notes afterward whether or not you hire us.
