Customer-service AI

A support inbox is a good first place to put AI inside a live process, because the work is repetitive, the answers are mostly already written down somewhere, and a person can still review every reply before it goes out.

What it does

  • Pulls open cases from NetSuite (or wherever they land).
  • Reads the case, finds the relevant order, customer and history, and drafts a response.
  • Puts the draft in front of a person. Nothing goes out until they approve it.
  • Learns which cases it handles well. Our expectation, based on the inboxes we’ve looked at, is that roughly half of incoming cases could be handled this way — but we’ll measure yours before promising a number.

What it doesn’t do

It doesn’t send on its own, and it doesn’t get to see more of NetSuite than the role you give it. Both of those are deliberate. This is level 5 on the adoption scale — AI exercising judgment in your information flow — and the way you make that safe is a human approving the output and a role that limits the input.

Where we are with it

We’re building this one now, for our own help desk first. If you run a support queue in NetSuite and want to be the first client install, tell us about the queue — volume, what kinds of cases, and what a good response looks like — and we’ll tell you whether it’s a fit.

The first hour is free. Bring us the thing that’s been bothering you and we’ll spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send written notes afterward whether or not you hire us.
