Customer purchase orders show up as PDFs, spreadsheets and email text, and every customer’s looks different. Somebody retypes each one into NetSuite, line by line.
OrderReady reads the PO, fills in the order, and puts it in front of your team on a split screen: the original document on one side, the NetSuite transaction on the other. They check it, fix anything that’s off, and create the sales order.
What it does
- Customers keep emailing the same address they use today. One forwarding rule sends POs in, and nothing is dropped, including orders from a sender it hasn’t seen before
- Reads PDFs, spreadsheets and inline email text, including scanned and oddly laid out POs
- Matches the customer, ship-to address and items, including the customer’s own part numbers
- Checks each line’s price against the customer’s price level and flags anything that doesn’t match
- Reconciles the PO total against the order before it’s created
- Learns each sender’s layout. Fix a field once and the next PO from that customer fills it in
- Save a half-finished order as a draft and come back to it
