AI connected to your NetSuite account
NetSuite’s AI Connector Service lets an AI tool like Claude read and work with your NetSuite data. You ask for open SOs, a customer’s balance or last month’s sales by rep, and it pulls it from your account.
Setup isn’t hard, but it’s easy to get wrong. The connector runs under a NetSuite role, and it can’t be Administrator. Whatever that role can see, the AI can see. We build the role, install the MCP Standard Tools and the AI Connector Companion SuiteApp, and connect it to your AI tool. We use it in our own client work every day.
