The chatbot on your laptop knows what you tell it in each conversation. It doesn’t know your open projects, last week’s meeting, the email thread with the vendor, or the spreadsheet in the shared drive — unless somebody builds that. This is that build.
What it is
A shared, searchable body of your company’s knowledge that your AI can draw on: meeting transcripts, project notes, email, documents, NetSuite data where it belongs. In plain terms, it gives the AI the context a good employee would have after a year on the job. The technical name is retrieval-augmented generation, which nobody needs to say out loud.
Why this is the interesting work
A VP with Claude can do a lot alone. What they can’t do is build and be accountable for something the whole company relies on — the permissions, the data hygiene, what gets included and what absolutely doesn’t, and the auditing that keeps it honest. That’s the kind of project we want to do, and it’s where the leverage is: once several people are at level 3 or 4 on the scale, a shared context is how they start collaborating instead of each re-explaining the company to their own chatbot.

Where it sits in your NetSuite setup
NetSuite data comes in through the AI Connector under a role you control, so the shared context never has more access than the people using it. Custom tools fill the gaps the standard set doesn’t cover; here’s what building one involves.
We’re building this for our own practice first. If you want to be one of the first companies we build it for, the free hour is the place to start.
The first hour is free. Bring us the thing that’s been bothering you and we’ll spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send written notes afterward whether or not you hire us.
