The channel that sells shouldn’t be the channel that owns your data. Orders from Shopify, Amazon, Reverb or a dealer portal belong in NetSuite as orders; inventory belongs in NetSuite and flows out to the channels; and a 3PL that ships your orders has to be able to tell NetSuite it did. When any of that happens by email or re-keying, it breaks quietly and someone finds out when an order doesn’t go through.

What we build
- Shopify and Amazon into NetSuite through NetSuite Connector, configured for how you actually sell.
- Custom channel work where there’s no connector worth using: marketplace item feeds, inventory pushes, settlement files. BatchIt came out of exactly this.
- 3PL and warehouse integrations — shipments, receipts and inventory snapshots moving between the warehouse system and NetSuite as data.
- Dealer and customer portals that create the records instead of generating paperwork.
How it ships
Deployed through SDF, version-controlled, with developer notes at handover and a dated log of the decisions we made and why. Integrations are where NetSuite releases bite hardest, so we build for the version after this one and test before each release lands.
Where we get called in
- A 3PL that ships your orders but can’t tell NetSuite
- Marketplace orders keyed in by hand, or inventory oversold because the channel found out too late
- A connector that was set up once and nobody knows what it does anymore
- A dealer onboarding process that runs on email attachments
This is part of our NetSuite customization practice; it sits next to Shopify & other platforms on the storefront side.
The first hour is free. Bring us the thing that’s been bothering you and we’ll spend an hour on it with you, in your account, and send written notes afterward whether or not you hire us.
