Shopify and other platforms

Not every store should be on SuiteCommerce, and we’ll tell you when yours shouldn’t be. Plenty of NetSuite companies sell through Shopify, Amazon, or a marketplace like Reverb, and the job is the same either way: keep the channel and NetSuite telling one story, with NetSuite owning the data.

What we do

  • Shopify and Amazon connected to NetSuite through NetSuite Connector — orders in, inventory and fulfillment out, configured for how you sell rather than the defaults.
  • Custom channel integrations where a connector doesn’t exist or isn’t worth using.
  • The honest assessment first. If you’re comparing a Shopify build with a SuiteCommerce one, we’ve done both and we’ll tell you which fits — here’s how we think about that.

Where we get called in

  • Oversold because the channel found out about inventory too late
  • Orders keyed in by hand from a marketplace
  • Settlement payouts that don’t match anything in NetSuite — that one’s BatchIt
  • A quote from a Shopify agency and no one to tell you what it means for NetSuite

The integration side of this is covered in more detail under Marketplace, channel and 3PL integrations.
