Page load is a ranking factor and a conversion factor, and NetSuite storefronts are rarely tuned for either. The usual cause isn’t “the site.” It’s data, template structure or third-party scripts, and the only way to know which is to measure before you touch anything.

How we work
- Measure first: Lighthouse and real-user data, mobile first, on the pages that matter — home, category, product, cart.
- Find the actual cause. It’s often a tag someone added in 2021, an image size, or a template doing work on every page load that it should do once.
- Fix the causes, not the symptoms, and measure again. You get before and after numbers, not a feeling.
On Site Builder and SuiteCommerce
We’ve been doing this on NetSuite storefronts for a long time — the Site Builder performance write-up is from 2020 and most of it still applies, though the metrics Google scores have changed since. SuiteCommerce has its own set of causes, mostly around extensions and third-party scripts.
What you get
A written diagnosis, the fixes applied, and the numbers. If a rebuild is the honest answer we’ll say so, but it’s almost never the first answer, and we’d rather save you that money.
